How to Buy Crypto With Credit/Debit Cards

1. Log in to your VirgoCX Account, click “Trade” on the top navigation bar and go to Advanced Trade Section or Quick Trade section.
2. Select your desired crypto and the amount you want to purchase, then choose Credit/Debit card payment method and click “Buy”.
   • Please be aware that processing costs for credit and debit cards during this promotion are:
     • Credit Card: 2.99%
     • Debit Card: 1.99%
3. You will get a confirmation of your order that includes the fee and the total amount you purchased. Click “Continue” to process.
4. After confirmation, you will be brought to the card section, please fill in all the necessary details and click on “Pay”. You can choose to save the card for future use.
5. Congratulations, you have successfully purchased crypto using your card!

Note that you may sometimes encounter the following error message
“Transaction did not go through. Please try again.”

In this case, please contact your card provider. They will need to allow you to purchase crypto with your card.

1. There is a minimum of $1 to be paid in credit/debit card processing fees.
2. A minimum purchase of $10 is required for buying crypto with credit/debit cards.
3. The maximum limits on credit/debit card purchases are $3,000 per transaction, $5,000/day & $10,000/7 days
