- Log in to your VirgoCX account
- Click on “My Account” on the right top of the page, choose Personal Profile, you can update your personal information such as the phone number, and the address. Remember to click “Save Changes” to complete your changes. Please note that name, email, and date of birth can’t be changed by you. If you would like to change this, please contact customer support at support@virgocx.ca.

@Slope Ball Hi James, to update your account, you usually need to go to your account settings and look for the "Update" or "Edit" option. If you need more help, contacting support might be useful!
Awesome! I was wondering about this too. Glad to know about the customer support for name/email changes!
