Purpose:
VirgoCX intends to use the information collected from the VirgoCX Feedback Survey to improve the user experience and potential design aspects of the current website. Personal information such as your email and IP address data will be held in strict confidence and will be in no way associated with your VirgoCX account.
Data Retention. We will retain and use your personal information for the duration of the VirgoCX Feedback Survey as well as an additional 3 months after the Promotion End Date before we completely delete the data from our records.
Contact Information. We may potentially use your contact information to reach out for additional opinions as well as further opportunities to help with the development of VirgoCX assets.
Personal Information. Personal information which we collect for a particular purpose will only be saved and used for that purpose, unless you have agreed to allow us to use it for some other purpose. For example, if you provide your personal information in connection with claiming a gift card reward, we may need to disclose your personal information in order for us to be able to send the gift card to your email address.
From time-to-time, we may disclose your personal information to certain third party service providers and/or contractors of VirgoCX. For example, we may provide your demographic details to SEO specialists or web developers to better enhance our products. VirgoCX will use commercially reasonable contractual and technical protections to ensure that your information will only be used by such service providers and/or contractors for the particular purpose for which it was disclosed.
Survey Data. We treat your survey data as if it were your personal information. As such, we store survey data on your behalf but will not disclose survey data. In addition, we do not and will not sell survey data to third parties.
Respondent Data. VirgoCX Inc. collects and stores all survey responses and data but does not, and will not, disclose or sell such information to third parties other than as specified herein or as otherwise disclosed to you. We may disclose information to third party service providers who are operating on our behalf and who are subject to obligations of confidentiality relating to such information.
What other information do we collect? And why?

IP Addresses and System Specifications. When you access the form, the servers may record your IP address. We may use IP addresses for better geolocation detection as well as eligibility of certain sweepstake prizes that are only available in Canada.
We use Google Forms to conduct this survey, and the data collected are subjected to Google Drive Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policies. Google does not claim ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, and files that will be uploaded, shared, or stored on Google Drive. Google does not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Google except with your consent, with domain administrators, or with an affiliate such as Google Ireland Limited, Google Commerce Ltd, Google Payment Corp, and Google Dialer Inc. For legal reasons, Google will share personal information outside of Google if they have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. Google share information about the number and type of requests Google receive from governments in their Transparency Report.
- Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
- Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Google, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
Google may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with Google’s partners — like publishers, advertisers, developers, or rights holders. For example, Google share information publicly to show trends about the general use of their services. Google also allow specific partners to collect information from your browser or device for advertising and measurement purposes using their own cookies or similar technologies.
