How to participate:
- Get a verified account on the VirgoCX platform.
- Each VirgoCX verified account can only enter the survey once.
- Verified users can visit (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=UGpbGTMbYkSNfBKfZ4hKryDxoDT4WlRIl3dEjlNzMEdUNktQUktIVEg5RUwxRUhQQVE5SEZRTEZEMy4u)to submit their survey. Users need to provide all the required information on the form.
- The email address provided on the “Customer Feedback Survey” needs to be the same email address users registered on VirgoCX.

Prize per winner: 10 CAD
Lucky Draw Rules:
- VirgoCX will draw 20 lucky winners on April 8, 2021.
- VirgoCX will contact the winners through the email they registered with VirgoCX within 3 business day after the Survey End Date.
- 20 winners will share the Prize Pool evenly, VirgoCX will credit the winning users’ accounts within 7 business days after the Survey End Date.
Methods of delivery: The rewards will be credited to winners’s VirgoCX account.
Terms & Conditions
- Only Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents are eligible to receive the rewards above.
- VirgoCX reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit, whether cryptocurrency or fiat currency at its sole discretion.
- VirgoCX reserves the right to disqualify duplicate accounts set up by the same individual or entity from receiving any of the above-mentioned rewards.
- Verified Account: Users must complete VirgoCX’s Know-Your-Client (KYC) and onboarding forms, and successfully pass VirgoCX’s anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing processes before their account is eligible to receive the verified account status (“Verified Account Status”) on the VirgoCX platform.
- VirgoCX reserves the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. In the event that you have concerns or complaints, you may contact Customer Support. VirgoCX’s decision in relation to any disputes raised by you shall be final.
