VirgoCX has recently received a few reports of consumers being subjected to fraudulent behaviour, and VirgoCX would like to emphasize and urge all customers to be cautious about such fraudulent conduct. Please be aware that:
- VirgoCX will never contact users through SMS. All SMS communication other than the verification code is fraud.
- VirgoCX will contact you through email at support@virgocx.ca, or our VirgoCX domain based emails (which only @virgocx.ca and @virgoservice.com)
- VirgoCX will never ask client's password via any communication method.
- VirgoCX will never ask clients to pay any extra fees via any communication method.
Besides, we have been seeing social media scam attempts as well. Please be wary of accounts impersonating as VirgoCX or its employees. VirgoCX will never provide investment advice in any form. Employees will also never individually contact you via social media.
