How to Enter: 

1. Reply to [e-mail] with the email address you used to register with us
2. Tell us why you want a Futurist pass 
3. Be a verified user (if you're already verified, you're all set!)

Winner Selection and Announcement:  

• 5 winners will be selected through a random draw and will each win 1 General Admission Pass to Futurist and a Virgo t-shirt. The random draw will be conducted with all participants after the contest closes.    
• We will announce the winners of the contest by updating the Zendesk article with the winners’ emails after the promotion End Date. Emails will be masked to protect our users’ privacy according to our privacy policy.
• Participants must be a verified user of VirgoCX when entering the contest. Make sure you register and get verified. Click here for a guide on how to get verified. 
    

Winner Notification:  

• The winners will be contacted via email by [e-mail]. VirgoCX Inc. is not liable for the winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk messages or other reasons.  
• The winners should respond according to the instruction communicated through email by Thursday, July 28, 2022, 12:00 PM EST to claim the prize. VirgoCX Inc. is not liable for any winners’ failure to respond in the given time frame.  

Method of Delivery:  

• The winners are required to provide the details to [e-mail] by July 28, 2022, 12:00 PM EST. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. 
• The Futurist pass will be sent to each winner’s VirgoCX account registration email within 1 business day after receiving the winner’s information. The winners can pick up their exclusive t-shirt at our event booth. 

Eligibility: 

• Only Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) over the age of majority are eligible to receive the prize. 
• No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. 
• Users must complete and be approved for VirgoCX Inc.’s Know-Your-Client (KYC) and onboarding forms, and successfully pass VirgoCX Inc.’s anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing processes before their account is eligible to receive the verified account status (“Verified Account Status”) on the VirgoCX platform.  

Terms and Conditions:  

• This prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of currency. 
• VirgoCX Inc. shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any prospective client on the VirgoCX platform (virgocx.ca).   
• VirgoCX Inc. reserves the right to disqualify duplicate accounts set up by the same individual or entity from receiving the offer described above.  
• VirgoCX Inc. reserves the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.      
• VirgoCX Inc. reserves the right to grant, deny and revoke a user account’s Verified Account Status at its sole discretion.
