Due to the strong uncertainty around the underlying technology. we have decided to delist the trading of LUNA(Luna Classic) from our platform.
Due to technical issues, LUNA( Luna Classic) withdrawal was suspended in past couple days. Our team has fixed the issue and the withdrawal will reopen at September 28th.
We have also extend the support for Luna until October 5th, 6:00 PM.
Here is the updated key dates:
October 5th: Support for LUNA(Luna Classic) ends at 6:00 PM EST.
All LUNA(Luna Classic) held within VirgoCX accounts will automatically be liquidated for Canadian dollars.
Liquidation will occur at the prevailing market price offered at our liquidity providers at the time of liquidation and any foreign exchange costs incurred by VirgoCX during this process will be passed on to you.
Additionally, VirgoCX will charge a manual liquidation fee equal to either the value of your manually liquidated assets or $30 CAD, whichever is smaller. If the LUNA (Luna Classic) in your account is less than the withdrawal fee, we will convert the LUNA(Luna Classic) in your account to CAD directly. (No conversion fee will be charged). To avoid having to pay this fee, please ensure that you have withdrawn your LUNA(Luna Classic) holdings before 6:00 PM EST, October 5th, 2022.
