How Do I Verify My Account?

1. After selecting the individual account type, click “Next” to proceed with the verification of your account.

2. Fill out your basic information and click “Next". 

3. Fill out your full address that matches the information on your ID and click “Next”.

4. Fill out your employment information and click “Next”. Please make sure all the information given in this form is true, complete, accurate and up-to-date.

5. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before continuing. BY CHECKING THE “AGREE BOX “TO CONTINUE, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER THE AGE OF MAJORITY OF YOUR RESIDENTIAL PROVINCE, AND YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE THAT, DO NOT CLICK THE “AGREE BOX”. And then click “Complete” to finish.

• Important note: After you submit your information, you can’t change it until your account is verified.

6. Complete the survey consisting of 7 questions. Each question has a friendly reminder that pops up on the side to help you better understand the question. Click “Submit” when you finished the survey.

7. Read Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Statement, and Relationship Disclosure. Click ’I Agree” (if you agree) after reading each document, and then provide an electronic sign by entering your full legal name. Click “Submit” to proceed.

8. Start the automatic ID verification when you click “Proceed”.

• You will be directed to the page of our service provider to verify your identity. There are two ways to get the verification link:
  •    Use the camera of your mobile device to scan the QR code
  •    Enter your phone number and click “SEND” to receive a verification link

• Open the link in your phone’s browser; we recommend using Safari on IOS and Chrome on Android. Then, click “GET STARTED”.

• Read the Incode Consent. Check the “agree box” (if you agree) and click “CONTINUE” to continue the ID verification.

• Select the document you want to scan.

• Take a photo of yourself and click “Continue”.

9. Your verification is completed and will now be reviewed. You will receive an update email about your account status in 1-2 business days. We might ask for further clarification about the information you submitted. [1].

• Please note that each user has 3 attempts performing automatic ID verification. After using up all the attempts, user can proceed the account registration with manual verification. For the details, please refer to this guideline: How Do I Verify My Account through Manual Verification?
