Due to the wallet upgrade, RUNE will have a new deposit address starting May 23, 2024, at 8:00 AM EST.
Please make sure to use the new deposit address when making any RUNE deposit to avoid lost funds.

What you need to know:
- The new deposit address for RUNE will be assigned automatically to all VirgoCX users. Please begin using your new deposit address as soon as it is updated to ensure that your funds reach your VirgoCX account promptly moving forward.
- You must update your saved address. The old RUNE deposit address will not be supported on VirgoCX after June 23rd, so please be sure to update any addresses that might be saved on other websites, wallets, or exchanges.
- Sending funds to the old RUNE deposit address after May 23rd will incur extra transaction costs. If you send funds to your old RUNE deposit address after May 23rd, please contact customer support for more help.
- Sending funds to the old deposit address after June 23rd will result in a loss of funds. If you send funds to your old RUNE deposit address after June 23rd, we may not be able to recover them for you. To ensure that you receive your funds, please triple-check that all saved addresses are updated to the newly generated address moving forward.
