Receiving Your Fiat via Interac e-Transfer

As part of our transition to a non-custodial trading service, we are returning fiat balances to clients .

When:

Starting June 17, 2025, you will receive an Interac e-Transfer email from VirgoCX.

What to Do:

  • Open the Interac e-Transfer email
  • Follow the link to accept the transfer
  • Use the security answer provided in your VirgoCX account

How to Find Your Security Answer:

  1. Log in to your VirgoCX account
  2. Go to the “Fund” section
  3. Select CAD
  4. Click “Withdrawal”
  5. Choose “Interac e-Transfer”
  6. The security answer will be displayed on this page

    What happens if the Interac e-Transfer email is not received or expires before I can claim the build now gg funds, and will there be an option to reissue the transfer or request an alternative withdrawal method?

    I received my Interac e-Transfer from VirgoCX smoothly; just make sure to use the exact security answer shown in your account and the transfer should go through basketball stars without issues.

    I find this notification quite clear and reassuring, knowing that the fiat currency will be refunded via Interac e-Transfer. Personally, I will check my email and log into VirgoCX soon to get the security answer to be sure.
