To fund your account with Interac e-Transfer:
Step 1 First, log into your Canadian Financial institution's online banking portal and begin the e-Transfer process.
Step 2 Log into your VirgoCX account, click on “Fund” from the left dashboard, simply click on “Interac e-Transfer”, copy the information provided and complete the process on your banking portal.
Important note: please click the copy sign from the right side of each information and paste it on your banking portal. Do not try to remember information and retype it as this may lead to typos.
