How Do I Set Up Microsoft Two-Factor Authenticator?

1. Please download Microsoft Authenticator app from IOS store or Google play store
2. Open a web browser on the laptop and go to https://www.office.com/ website, sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Click the profile on at top right corner and choose “view account”. 
4. Click “Security Info” dash
5. Click “Add Method” and choose “Authenticator App” from the list, click “Add”. 
6. Choose “Next” at the next page
7. Open the Authenticator app is downloaded on the cell phone
8. Choose the “+” button at top right corner
9. Choose work or school account
10. Choose Scan QR code
11. Back to website, click “Next”
12. Using the phone to scan the QR code on the website
13. Then click “Next”
14. On the cell phone, there is “Approve Sign-in” pops up, choose “Approve”
15. Then the window on the website should show “Notification Approved”, click “Next”
