How Do I Set Up Microsoft Authenticator?

Step 1: To set up Microsoft Authenticator, you must download the “Microsoft Authenticator” app. You can download the app from the App Store, Microsoft play store or Play Store depending on your mobile device. 

Step 2: When you have your “Microsoft Authenticator” ready, log in to your VirgoCX account, click “My Account” from the right top dashboard. Then click “Security”, you will find the “Authenticator (Google/Microsoft)” at the bottom. Simply click on “Unbound” and follow the instructions to set up Microsoft Authenticator.

 Step 3: Open your Microsoft authenticator app, tap on the three-dot/plus-sign menu on the top right and click “Add Account”, click “Other account” then scan the below QR Code, your can also choose to enter the code manually. Rename the account with your desired title (e.g. VirgoCX) for your easy reference.
